ProjectsJSA is diversifying into regional property development, complementing the established regional advisory business. 

We aim to invest in and develop projects that contribute to local economic and social development, whilst also generating environmental and landscape conservation benefits.

ProjectsJSA's first development is Karinya Lane in Michelago, NSW. 

As well as new rural residential land for people looking to live a rural lifestyle close to Canberra, the environment on the property is being restored and a critically endangered grassland ecosystem is being protected.
