Jack is one of Australia's foremost experts on regional development. He is experienced in policy, strategy, stakeholder consultation and facilitation, leveraging extensive networks and detailed knowledge of each region in Australia.
Previously, as CEO of the Regional Australia Institute (RAI) Jack led analytical work and policy advocacy across a breadth of population and economic issues as well as extensive engagement with regional leaders.
Jack is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Cairns Institute, James Cook University. He holds a Bachelor of Natural Resources Management, Hons 1 (UNE) and Graduate Certificate in Property Development (UTS) and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
